Tuearis Cyber was founded by a cybersecurity veteran who grew frustrated watching strong healthcare organizations receive inadequate service from firms that were too large to prioritize them and too generalist to protect them.
The Problem Was Straightforward

Founder Jason Elmore spent years leading security architecture engagements at large consulting firms, and kept seeing the same pattern: mid-sized organizations would approach him directly, requesting help with problems their primary vendor declined to address because the scope was not large enough to justify the overhead.
The risk remained open. The work went undone. And Jason was the one bridging the gap, protecting the mid-market provider that deserved better.
In April 2014, he founded Tuearis Cyber, named for the Latin word for guardian, on a straightforward premise: mid-market healthcare providers deserve the same caliber of cybersecurity that enterprise clients receive. They simply need a partner with the expertise and commitment to build it for them.
11 years later, we have helped organizations grow from 20 employees to over 1,500 without a single service disruption. We have supported clients through HITRUST certification without modifying a single deployed service. We have identified PHI exposures that no other vendor was looking for.

Jason founded Tuearis Cyber in 2014 following more than a decade of cybersecurity engineering and architecture work at major national consulting firms. He built Tuearis around the conviction that mid-market healthcare providers deserve expert-level security, not the deprioritized service that follows from being a small client at a large firm. Jason is personally involved in every client program and has maintained that standard throughout the company’s growth.
